ADMISSION PROCESS FOR STUDYING IN UKRAINE

The admission process in Ukraine for foreign students is quite simple. According to the admission rules, all foreign students scan their secondary school certificate with a travel passport copy in the email of the admissions office.

Foreign students who want to study for a master’s degree in software engineering are required to scan their bachelor’s degree, which they earned in Ukraine or abroad.

The admission staff, once they receive the scanned copies of required documents, assess their admission eligibility within 2 days and inform all foreign students about their admission possibility.

Ineligible applicants are requested to scan more supportive documents.

Eligible foreign students send their admission fee and scan the fee receipt in the email of admissions staff that they used to send their scanned admission documents.

Once the admission office receives the admission fee receipt, their documents are forwarded to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, for the issuance of an official study invitation, and this issuance process takes 2 weeks.

Once issued, the original study invitation is couriered to the foreign applicant’s address in their homeland for the visa process.
