1: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN OPTOMETRY

A bachelor’s degree in Ukraine for optometry is offered for 4 years, and all foreign students in their first year study at a preparatory faculty and then join their optometry degree courses at undergraduate level.

2: MASTER’S DEGREE IN OPTOMETRY

A master’s degree in optometry consists of 2 years, and all foreign students who have passed their bachelor’s degree in Ukraine study directly at a graduate faculty of optometry without studying at any preparatory faculty, while foreign students who have passed their bachelor’s degree in optometry abroad study in their first year at a preparatory faculty in Ukraine and then start their graduate studies.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR STUDYING OPTOMETRY IN UKRAINE

For admission to an undergraduate faculty of optometry, foreign students should have a secondary school certificate and also a valid travel passport.

For Indian international students, the admission requirement is a 12-year educational certificate.

Pakistani nationals also require the same intermediate certificate for admission to the undergraduate faculty of optometry.

For a master’s in optometry, Indian and Pakistani international students send their bachelor’s degrees.

Nigerian international students who want to study at an undergraduate faculty of optometry send their secondary school certificate copy for admission.

For a master’s degree in optometry, Nigerian international students are required to submit their bachelor’s degree.

Ghanaian international students also need to send by scan their secondary school certificate copy for admission to an undergraduate faculty of optometry.

For graduate studies in Ukraine, Ghanaian international students should have a bachelor’s degree, which they will scan for admission in the email of the admissions office.

For admission to an undergraduate faculty of optometry, Cameroonian international students need to send their secondary school certificate copy, while for graduate admission in optometry, Cameroonian international students are required to scan their bachelor’s degree copy in the email of the admissions office.

Zambian international students love to study optometry courses in Ukraine, and for admission to an undergraduate faculty of optometry, they are required to send their secondary school certificate copy.

Zambian international students who want to join a master’s degree in optometry at one of the Ukrainian institutes send their bachelor’s degree for admission.
