ADMISSION PROCESS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS IN UKRAINE

According to the admission process, all foreign applicants who want to study public health in Ukraine may scan their secondary school leaving certificate with an international passport copy for eligibility assessment.

Applicants for a master’s in public health are required to scan their bachelor’s degree, no matter where they earned this bachelor’s degree, in Ukraine or abroad.

Once the admission documents are received by scan in the email of admission staff, the assessment process takes 2 days, and after 2 days, international applicants are notified by an email of their admission possibilities.

Eligible foreign applicants send their admission fee and scan the admission fee transfer slip to the admissions office.

Once the admission fee slip is received, the admissions staff sends their documents to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, where an official study invitation is processed within 2 weeks.

Ineligible international students are asked to send more academic documents if necessary for the completion of their admission process at the Ministry of Education, Ukraine.

Once issued, these original study invitations are couriered to the foreign applicants, as they require these invitations for their student visa processing at the embassy of Ukraine through Ukraine National Visa Centers.

HOW TO OBTAIN UKRAINIAN STUDENT VISAS?

Ukraine has set up its visa centers in almost all countries, and now international applicants with an official study invitation do not need to appear physically at the embassies of Ukraine.

International applicants submit all their required documents for study visa processing at the Ukraine Visa Centers, and after 2 weeks, they collect their visas from them.

International students are required to scan their visa copies with their tickets 3 days before departure, as we require them to prepare their reception documents for immigration; otherwise, they will be deported back to their homeland.
