We have more than 120 Zimbabwean students study at different faculties in Ukraine and more applicants are waiting for their admissions for 2022-2023 intakes.

Native language of Zimbabwe in English so Zimbabwean students study their degree program in English medium of instructions directly but still few study at Russian language faculty for the first year after that they will join their desired degree programs in Russian medium of instructions.

Zimbabwean students normally study at Medical universities in Ukraine and some at engineering and economics universities.

They are normally good at their studies and higher education is their priority provided they can afford.

ADMISSION PROCESS AT UKRAINIAN UNIVERSITIES FOR ZIMBABWEAN STUDENTS

Same admission process for international students applies on Zimbabwean students who want to study their higher education at national universities of Ukraine.

Interested applicants scan their secondary school certificate with international passport copy in the email of admission office (ukrainianacademies@gmail.com) for eligibility assessment and it takes 1-2 Days and he/she is informed about his/her eligibility or ineligibility by admission office.

Eligible applicants transfers their invitation fee and scan the receipt in the email of admission office for our record.

As we receive the processing fee their documents are forwarded for the processing of official study invitation at Ministry of Education,Ukraine.This processing takes 1-2 Days and once issued it is scanned in the email of applicant and sent by courier to the applicant as he/she must require original study invitation for visa.

POPULAR COURSES IN UKRAINE AMONG ZIMBABWEAN STUDENTS

1:GENERAL MEDICINE

Zimbabwean students come to Ukraine every year and study at general medicine faculties.

Ukraine offers the best general medicine courses at national medical universities and for this reason Zimbabwean students choose always Ukraine as their study abroad destination.

General medicine course is offered in Ukraine with English medium of instructions too so these Zimbabwean students prefer Ukraine always to other European countries.

Zimbabwean students who have passed their secondary school may join in Ukraine general medicine program at national medical universities.

2:NURSING

Nursing courses are offered in Ukraine at national medical universities and Zimbabwean students every year arrive Ukraine for studying Nursing at these medical universities which are under the Ministry of Health,Ukraine and recognized by WHO.

There are 3 levels of Nursing studies in Ukraine are offered for foreign students,Associate diploma in Nursing,Bachelor in Nursing and Masters in Nursing.

Zimbabwean students normally join bachelor in Nursing but they join other Nursing studies levels too in Ukraine.

For a Associate diploma in Nursing Zimbabwean students are required to have a secondary school certificate with them and for the bachelor of Nursing too admission requirements are same.

For masters in Nursing Zimbabwean students are required to have a bachelor degree with them at the time of admission in Ukraine.

3:PHARMACY

Pharmacy courses are offered in Ukraine at Pharmaceutical and national medical universities for foreign and national students.

Zimbabwean students also come to Ukraine for studying their Pharmacy courses at these Ukrainian universities.

Pharmacy courses are offered in Ukraine for two degree levels,Bachelor in Pharmacy and Masters in Pharmacy.

Zimbabwean students come to study these both degree levels in Ukraine but most of Zimbabwean students study a bachelor degree programs in Ukraine at Pharmaceutical faculties.

4:DENTISTRY

Dentistry is also offered in Ukraine at national medical universities and Zimbabwean students come every year to join Dentistry faculties at these national medical universities.

Dentistry courses are taught with two medium of instructions in Ukraine at these medical institutes,Russian and English.

Zimbabwean students are excellent at English so they always prefer to study in Ukraine their Dentistry course directly in English medium of instructions.

Zimbabwean students send their secondary school certificate copy for admission in Ukraine at Dentistry faculties.

At all Dentistry faculties there is good presence of Zimbabwean students in Ukraine and hopefully in future their numbers will increase at Dentistry faculties.

5:MASTERS

Masters courses in Ukraine are offered in Ukraine at all national universities,No matter medical,engineering or arts.

Zimbabwean students come to Ukraine and study their graduate programs at these different universities in their field of interest.

Mostly masters courses are taught in Ukraine with English medium of instructions and Zimbabwean students always like to study their masters courses in English.

There are many masters courses offered in Ukraine with Russian medium of instructions so for these Russian medium masters courses Zimbabwean students first year study at Russian language faculty and then study their masters programs.

UKRAINE STUDENT VISA PROCESS FOR ZIMBABWEAN APPLICANTS

Ministry of foreign affairs,Ukraine has assigned the Ukraine Embassy in South Africa city Pretoria for the Zimbabwean students visa applications.

Applicants complete their visa documents file and apply visa at Ukraine Visa Center VFS GLOBAL in Harare.

Applicants must carefully complete their files for visa application as missing of one documents even may result in the wastage of time and visa will be refused.

Once visa is issued please do not forget to scan us visa copy to prepare the reception documents for immigration at airport in Ukraine.

VISA REQUIREMENTS AT EMBASSY OF UKRAINE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Ukrainian Embassy is located in Pretoria, South Africa.

The documents required for study visa are:

1. Original Passport (must be valid for one year)

2. Six passport size photos (6 x 4)

3. Complete filled Application Form.

4. Original study invitation from Ministry of education,Ukraine

5. Original School Certificate with Grades or Points (should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zimbabwe OR should be with Apostle seal) – (Embassy will translate and legalize this document)

6. Original Birth Certificate (should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zimbabwe  OR should be with Apostle seal) – (Embassy will translate and legalize this document)

7. Original medical examination certificate certified by the official body (should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zimbabwe OR should be with Apostle seal) – (Embassy will translate and legalize this document)
