ADMISSION RULES FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS IN UKRAINE

The admission rules remain the same as for all international students from any country, with a little difference depending on the nationality of the applicant.

For the African region, we require a secondary school certificate with a travel passport copy by scan to evaluate their eligibility. These documents are required to be scanned in the email of the admissions office. 

Asian international students from Pakistan and India present their 10+2 certificate with a passport copy for admission evaluation.

All foreign students are notified after eligibility assessment by email of their eligibility, or in case more supportive documents are required.

All eligible foreign students send the admission fee, and once we receive their admission fee, their documents are forwarded to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, for the issuance of an official study invitation, and this issuance process takes 2 weeks.

Once issued, this official study invitation issued by the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, is scanned to the foreign applicant and then couriered to their postal address in their homeland for visa processing.

UKRAINE STUDY VISA PROCEDURE

Once a foreign student receives an official study invitation, they prepare the supporting documents for their student visa application for Ukraine.

Once your documents with a travel passport copy are received, within 2 days, the assessment is completed and you are informed by email about your eligibility or ineligibility.

6: What is next to do once I am found eligible?

If found eligible to study pharmacy in Ukraine, you will send your admission fee and scan the receipt to the admissions office for their records, and your documents are forwarded to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, for the issuance of an official study invitation required for Ukrainian student visa processing.
