ADMISSION PROCESS FOR STUDYING SOCIAL SCIENCE IN UKRAINE

Once the admissions staff receives all required documents, no matter for undergraduate or graduate courses, the admissions staff assesses their eligibility on academic grounds and, within 2 days, informs foreign applicants by email.

Most foreign students are found eligible, as Ukraine offers a free merit system for admission. All foreign students who are found eligible send their admission fee and scan the fee receipt to the admissions office.

Ineligible applicants are requested to scan more supportive academic certificates, if they have them.

Once their admission fee receipt is received, their documents are transferred to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, for the processing of an official study invitation, which takes 2 weeks to be issued.

Once an official study invitation is issued by the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, it is couriered to the foreign applicant for visa processing at visa centers of Ukraine.

UKRAINE STUDY VISA FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Ukraine issues student visas only to those foreign students who have an original study invitation from the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, with other supportive documents.

Ukrainian student visas are issued without a physical appearance at the embassy of Ukraine.

All international students submit their visa files at Ukraine Visa Centers in their countries and collect their visas from them.

We advise all foreign students to scan their visa and ticket copy to us 3 days before departure, as the admissions staff prepares their reception documents for immigration.
