ADMISSION PROCESS FOR STUDYING ECOLOGY IN UKRAINE
For admission all foreign students must scan us their secondary school certificate copy with travel passport copy in the Email of admission office mentioned below.
Masters applicants must scan their bachelor degree too for admission eligibility assessment.
Once these admission documents are received by the admission staff,The eligibility assessment process takes 2 Days and all international applicants are informed for their admission eligibility.
Those international applicants who are fond eligible are required to send the admission fee and scan the receipt to admission office Email which they used to scan their admission documents.
After receiving the admission fee,Their admission documents are transferred to the Ministry of Education,Ukraine for the issuance of official study invitation within 2 Weeks.
This official study invitation by Ministry of Education,Ukraine is sent to the applicant for his/her visa processing.
Those foreign students who are not found eligible on some academic grounds are asked to scan more supporting transcripts for their admission process.
UKRAINE STUDENT VISA PROCESS
Ukraine student visa is issued without physical appearance at Embassy of Ukraine.
Ukraine has opened its national visa centers in almost all countries and now international applicants who are having official study invitation from Ministry of Education,Ukraine submit their visa file at these visa centers and collect their visas from these same centers without travelling to Embassy of Ukraine.
We advise all foreign students to scan their visa copy with air ticket minimum 3 Days before arrival as admission staff has to prepare their reception documents for immigration.
