VISA PROCEDURE

Every applicant must obtain visa from nearest Ukrainian consulate to enter Ukraine.

Following documents must be presented to obtain visa:

(1) Visa form filled

(2) Travel Passport

(3) Official Invitation Letter by ministry of education,Ukraine

(4) Birth Certificate, Translated into Ukrainian/Russian language and legalized by Notary Public or Ukraine Embassy

(5) Original School Certificates O level/ SSCE/ HSSC, Bachelor or Master Degree if available, Translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public or Ukraine Embassy

(6) approval letter from Education Ministry

(7) Medical FitnessCertificate issued at least two months prior the entrance in to Ukraine. Translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public or Ukraine Embassy Must be legalized by Health Ministry

(8) HIV- AIDS Negative Certificate issued at least two months prior the entrance. Translated into Ukrainian Language and Legalized by Notary Public or Ukraine Embassy. Must be legalized by Health Ministry

(9) Health Insurance covering one year/ for some countries only for Travelling period

(10) Sponsorship Letter from the Guardian who is going to bear the expenses for student during stay/ studying in Ukraine. It is not a condition for all Nationalities

(11) Bank Letter to prove finance availability. It is not a condition for all Nationalities

(12) 10 Pictures

(13) Return Air ticket valid for one year

All original documents must be presented before immigration on arrival and lack of even one document may result in deportation.
